We played another 9 holes of golf. It is only $10 after 4:30. We finished in just over an hour. Pam had 3 pars, shot a 41 and is enjoying golf. I shot a 30.

Since leaving Texas, we have had 100% Sunshine in New Mexico and Arizona. We have put in over 1,000 miles in a few days.

Well, we are living the lifestyle we set out to live. The weather in South Padre Island has been cold and rainy for the past 5 days, and will remain that way for the next 2 weeks. Same in Port Aransas (our next stop).
So, we cancelled Port Aransas, packed up and headed west. The weather looks great in Arizona with higher than normal temps the next 14 days.
We put in 560 miles today (9 hours) and made it to Iraan, TX. We are overnighting at a rest stop along I-10 (also a first).
