We went on a tour of these three towns. After Marfa, on our way to Valentine, we ran into the roadside art display from the motion picture “Giant” with James Dean, Elizabeth Taylor and Rock Hudson.
Then, we went to the Prada Marfa art exhibit. Again pretty cool.
Finally, we ended up in Alpine. Another nice town with lots of murals and artwork. We had a great Mexican food for lunch at a new restaurant (old El Patio). Very nice.

Did you see the Maria lights?
Nope. We did not get to see the Marfa lights. Cloudy skies most nights and cold after dark. We will return. We enjoyed the area.
