Everything is moving along nicely. We anticipate getting occupancy at the end of October.
Since the last update
- Pam and I painted all the interior walls.
- Mahagony front door is installed and looks wonderful.
- Kelly installed the cable railing on the master deck along with the privacy wall.
- Gutters were installed and Kelly dug in PVC pipes to get the water away from the house
- The stonework is complete. The fireplace is fantastic and the front grarage and patio pillars also look great.
- Second well (first one was abandoned). Went in 8 feet from the first attempt and went flawlessly. Hit great water at 151 feet.
- The White Oak Hardwood floor install started and will finish this week.
- Tile installation has started as well.
- Pam has stained all the the ceiling boards for the front porch and back patio as well as the board for our board and baton wall on the patio.
This coming week the floors should be done, and the finish work will start.
